Adult Bible Study
Online Bible Study.
With an increasing number of parishoners forward deployed, All Souls' has created a way for its congregants to attend Bible Study online. This opportunity is open to all parishoners and allows the All Souls' church family to communicate from Afghanistan to Iraq to Kadena. Added bonuses include an internet chat capability for married deployed members and their spouses. Beginning Sunday August 31st, a forum for the book study on God is the Gospel by John Piper will be available with lessons, study material, and Bible readings. Band of Brothers.
The Men of the Church are currently planning to resume their studies with a Bible Study on the book of Revelation. Please join us every Tuesday night at 6:30pm in the parish hall as we decipher the revelation that has become the last book in our Bible. We will gain insight into the prophecy that John so vividly describes and learn a thing or two about the symbolism surrounding this extraordinary book. All men are welcome to attend this night of fellowship and share their ideas and thoughts. Childcare is available upon request and light refreshments will accompany the discussion. Tyranny of the Urgent is an essay by a professor Charles Hummel written in 1967 that outlines a prioritization problem our society is struggling with today.
