Classes
are dismissed promptly at 1:00 p.m. Please make every effort to pick your child
at this time.
Two-year
olds must be picked up from their classroom.
Preschoolers
will be dismissed from the upper parking lot. Please remain in your car; we
will bring your child to you. If you must get out of your car, please park on
the far side of the parking lot closest to the hill. This should keep traffic
flowing smoothly.
In
case of emergency, please notify the church office at 936–7261. If your child
is not picked up prior to 1:10 p.m. he/she will be taken to the church office
for pick up. A late pick up fee of $10 will be charged each time your child is
taken to the office for pick up.
Please
give any necessary changes in authorization for pick up to your child’s
teachers. Anyone other than a parent or parent known to the teachers must
present a photo ID in order to sign out the child. If your child is going home
with another child or you are car pooling with another family, please
communicate this to the teacher in writing or verbally when dropping off your child.
The
downstairs entrance will/should be locked at 9:30 a.m. and will/schould not
reopen until 12:55 p.m.
If
you are bringing your child late or picking up early, please park upstairs and
enter through the church office entrance.
